Datadog has over 600+ integrations and apps that allow users to monitor just about every part of their infrastructure. I lead the discovery, installation and management of the entire Integration ecosystem as well as created new design patterns and improved existing ones.
The result of our success can be found within two, extremely high-touch integrations: Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
Billing & Teams
Marketplace
The Datadog Marketplace is a digital marketplace where Technology Partners can list their paid offerings to Datadog users, compared to the free offers the Integrations product contains.
I worked closely with stakeholders to turn our napkin sketches into a revenue generating product. This product gave way to new design patterns that emerged and contributed to the redesigns of existing integrations.
The challenge with a fast growing company is when a design has difficulty scaling. In this case, our previous Plan & Billing pages were reaching their limits and it was time to design a scalable solution.
Team management and data access across the platform is crucial for security. It was imperative that we improve and extend functionality for our customers through our Teams and Role Based Access Control product.
